Natalia Grzelak

As Director of Quality Management at ZEG Berlin, Natalia Grzelak is responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company-wide Quality Management System.

She brings more than ten years of experience in GxP-regulated clinical research and extensive expertise in regulatory compliance and quality management. Her professional background includes quality management systems, audits and regulatory inspections, CAPA and risk management, as well as the compliant use of computerized systems.

Working closely with all departments, Natalia ensures that ZEG Berlin’s epidemiological and clinical research activities are supported by robust, risk-based and compliant processes. She provides strategic and operational quality guidance and promotes a sustainable culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Natalia studied Biotechnology at Technische Universität Berlin and holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.-Ing.) degree.
